Acceptance of Terms
Use of Ralivorynex’s site or services indicates acceptance of all terms below, including data policies, limitations, and your user responsibilities. If you do not agree or are not authorised, please discontinue use.
Definitions
The following definitions apply wherever referenced in these terms and conditions.
- ‘Company’ or ‘Ralivorynex’ refers to the website operator and all analytic services provided under the ralivorynex.sbs name.
- ‘Client’ means any business or representative engaging Ralivorynex for managed analytics or monitoring services.
- ‘Services’ means continuous data monitoring, dashboard delivery, AI tools, support, and business analytics available from Ralivorynex.
- ‘User content’ is data, preferences, questions, and submissions provided by a client or user.
Acceptable Service Usage
Clients may not use services for unlawful activities, resell analytics outputs, or misrepresent data supplied by Ralivorynex.
Eligibility
Services are available only to businesses and authorized representatives at least 18 years old and based in South Africa.
Use by minors is strictly prohibited.
User Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information and maintaining account confidentiality.
- Provide correct, up-to-date company and contact details at all times.
- Promptly notify Ralivorynex of data breaches or suspicious account activity.
- Use analytics reports and recommendations for lawful business purposes only.
- Keep login credentials and system access secure from unauthorised parties.
Prohibited Uses
Do not use services or site for the following restricted purposes:
- Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or exploit the underlying analytics technology.
- Transmit or upload viruses, malware, or harmful scripts using our platforms.
- Collect or misuse other clients’ data through our systems for unauthorised reasons.
- Interfere with, disrupt, or degrade website or analytics service functionality.
- Circumvent compliance, audit, or privacy requirements enforced by Ralivorynex.
Intellectual Property Rights
All business analytics processes, dashboards, site content, and software are the exclusive property of Ralivorynex or its licensors. No aspect may be copied, reproduced, or redistributed without written authorisation.
User Content and Submissions
All information submitted is the responsibility of the client and must comply with South African law.
Rights to User Content:
By submitting, you permit Ralivorynex to use your content to perform contracted analytics and communicate support.

Disclaimers and Risk Information
Ralivorynex provides analytics and monitoring tools ‘as is’ and does not promise specific results. Results may vary.
Special Cautions:
Past performance does not guarantee future results. Use analytics findings for informed decisions, not as sole guidance.
Limitations of Liability
Ralivorynex is not liable for any damages resulting from reliance on analytics services, data loss, or site interruptions beyond required legal protections.
Indemnification
Clients agree to defend, indemnify and hold Ralivorynex and its representatives harmless from any claim arising from unauthorised system use.
Dispute and Complaint Resolution
Disputes are addressed first by good faith negotiation before formal South African arbitration.
Arbitration
Binding arbitration may be initiated in Johannesburg under local rules when negotiations cannot resolve a dispute.
All proceedings are confidential and handled with South African counsel.
Online Dispute Resolution
Clients may also use South Africa’s official ODR systems for unresolved issues in accordance with national guidelines.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
All terms are governed by South African law, and disputes are subject to Johannesburg courts.
Termination
Ralivorynex reserves the right to terminate access for noncompliance or misuse of analytics services and tools.
Terms Changes
Ralivorynex may amend these terms with notice—continued use after notice means acceptance.
Severability
Any term held invalid does not affect enforceability of remaining terms.
Entire Agreement
This document, plus referenced policies, constitutes the full agreement between Ralivorynex and each client.
